Supplied from a renowned London patisserie café called Boulangerie Jade. Located in a village outside London, baking from the early mornings, where I picked up the cake. A beautiful baked cheesecake mousse on coconut madeleine cake, flavoured with lemon and mango in the cheesecake.
Using new light techniques that I have been working with. Guided by the new practise I will be looking on the style of the cake and how to balance out the light I will be directing. Mixing natural and artificial light which will create shimmering glows around the cakes circular face edge. From using a light reflector and window light, they combine a different avenue to photograph and to be drawn to.
